The project includes stakeholder collaboration to address both existing biomass flows and increased flows due to SB 1383 (Organics Waste and Landfill Methane Reduction, 2016) and Marin Measure C (Wildfire Reduction, 2020). Future implementation will offer opportunities for economic development, workforce training, and jobs.
